So. They're going to do a Samurai Jack movie.
It's going to be live-action.
Um. There's something wrong with this, isn't there? It can't just be me. I mean, it's a cartoon for good reason. There are some things that even stunt-men can't do. And why bother not using the trademark hard-edged-yet-airbrushed animation style of the show? It's one of the things it's got going for it.
I for one will not be pleased if this turns into some kind of "let's see how many robots we can slice through in an hour" movie.
A little blurb about the movie. At least Tartakovsky's directing.
There's a slight chance they might manage to get it right, somehow. Though I don't know how they'd do it. Ideas?
I have one - the actor that they get to play the part should have at least 5 years' worth of training in some kind of martial art, so they'd be able to at least move right. *sighs and shakes head*
