Disorganization & Red Tape
3/3/03 12:48They've changed the requirements for the English major. The good thing is that the new fall Senior Conference, as it is currently scheduled, won't interfere with martial arts classes because it's not scheduled in the evenings. And it will count towards the major as a 300-level course.
The bad thing is that it's probably going to conflict with my cities courses, since all cities courses seem to be scheduled from 2:30-4 on Mondays and Wednesdays, unless they're from 1-2:30.
If this interferes with the Japanese Architecture course I've been wanting to take for two straight years now, I'm going to be really upset.
I wish the English Dept.--indeed, all the departments here--would get its act together and be more organized. Even if this is an effort on their part to do so, which I think it is, it's still such a shock.
