Surreal Fun with Russian Manga.

So. Marjorie sent me these links to this manga in Russian.
I'm really glad she did, because I just figured out that it will get me to read more Russian, and be interested in it too. Anyway. Here 'tis the most surreal thing yet I've seen in the "wierd manga" category.

First Page:
Mika: Oh nooo! I'm late! Ack! It left almost 15 minutes ago! Mom! Why didn't you remind me?
Mom: I'd already reminded you many times before!
Mika: Wait for me! There's still just a few more things I have to do!
My name is Mika Okava. Normally, I'm a sixteen year old schoolgirl.
Mom: Ack! Wait a second, Mika!
Mika: What?!?

Second Page:
Mom: Your tail is showing!
Mika: Eep!

Mika: What...what...what?!? It's already the full moon again?
Mom: It's going to be tomorrow.

Mom:You make me awfully worried...you're always so flippant and forgetful. To herself:How can you talk about your own beloved daughter like this?

Mom, in background over stove: Ack! It's burning! Somebody! The fish is going to be ruined!
Mika (to herself): Eh...it seems to me like it's heriditary.

Mom: Oh! Just one more thing, Mika!
Mika: Huh? What is it this time?

Translation Notes:
-The verb used here for "flippant" can also mean "forgetful", but the general idea is that she's reminding Mika to be less spaced-out.

-The verb for "to be ruined" was actually something like "to go out or die out", as in "the dinosaurs died out in the Cretaceous." However, the meaning was clear that the fish was going to be ruined, so that's what I put.
