As you can probably tell, I've changed the color scheme. This is rather daring for me - this is the most red I've used in any project associated with myself, ever. I'm usually not a red person, but we'll see how this wears on me.

I also made and colored and uploaded a new picture. I like this one, but had a heck of the time with the perspective (haven't drawn that perspective for a while) and still don't think it's quite right. I drew another pencil sketch of myself which I like better, but it was more contemplative and older-looking and you could still see all the pencil guidelines, so I decided not to use it. If anyone is really desperate to see it, I guess I could scan it in, but I dunno who'd want it.

And I also added a sketch of a (cute) vulture-bird thing to my website, if you want to go look at that. More sketches should be forthcoming, including another cute dinosaur.

Thank you. The more I look at it, the more it looks vaguely pissed-off, but I like it and it's dramatic, darnit, so I'm going to keep it.

I second the motion of niftiness for your new pic. Dude- I actually have the pic for you scanned & all, but I forget to e-mail it to you. Hopefully will remember to do so when I get home - ('working' on a final portfolio right now)

Good to hear you've got the picture done, and very much looking forward to seeing it. Hope your final portfolio goes well.

My weekends have been hectic since break and I haven't had time to work on Websushi at all. Should be finished over the summer, though, if not sooner. And I'm not hiring...mostly 'cause I haven't been hired by anyone yet!
