Does anyone else on my friends list read the comic Dicebox?
If so, does anyone have any clue what's been going on in the last three pages of the "out of a molehill" arc? Suddenly there's a lot of mystical woo-woo shit that got into my lesbian miners in space hard-sf comic. Normally I'm ok with mystical woo-woo shit, but this came so far out of left field and with so little warning I literally have no idea what's happening anymore. I thought this storyline was about one of the main characters having tart words and awkward encounters with her estranged son and ex-husband, and now she's a ghost and her girlfriend has mystical inner vision? WTF?

Well, Molly's had strange and gruesome visions before, remember? It's not really clear yet how real/unreal these visions are, or to what extent they're prophetic or somehow true vs. projections of her subconscious.

And I think the story is transitioning from "awkward family stuff" back to "Griffin's past inconveniently catching up to her"...

I don't read this comic, and I have no idea what's going on, but this sentence is wonderful :).

I _love_ Dicebox, I consider it to be the high bar for hard sf webcomics, or graphical hard sf in general for that matter (I prefer it over the overhyped _Astronauts in Trouble_). I hope that one day the Buddy comic will be equal to four or five hundred milliDiceboxes. That having been said, no, I really don't know what's going on or what's coming out of Griffen in that one page.
