Well, it's cold and windy and I still have to walk to work with yesterday's damp boots, but my poem "The Last Yangtze River Dolphin" just sold to John Benson. So it's still a good morning.
Damp boots? I hope you're keeping yourself well rested and drinking hot liquids to boost your immune system. I'd hate to hear that you've caught a nasty cold or flu.
Of course, to dry them, you might put sticks or wooden spoons down into them and place them near a heater or vent.
