Garden Party Public Service Announcement

Does anyone know when Garden Party Girls are supposed to set up chairs? So far I have no information and Weyrlady and I are becoming increasingly confused.

Note to anyone who is coming to Garden Party (and I hope many of you can make it): If it rains, Marjorie, Catriona/Kitten, and Rush-That-Speaks and I will be trying to hold our garden parties in Taylor Hall. Because the dorms are tacky. Otherwise, Erdman Green.

Conferences and Events has their hot little hands on the info. But the full deal is, the race is at 2 PM tomorrow afternoon.

No, but if you would please post in this or a similar location (i.e. someone else's LJ, or leave a comment in mine) or IM or E-mail when it is known what time Garden Party itself is to occur, I would be forever grateful.
