If I had money, I would hire you as my private vegan personal chef. Not just for the cake, but all the other stuff, too.

I've considered doing that, but I have no idea how to start. I think I'd like it. That being said, if anyone reading this wants a private vegetarian/vegan chef happy to work around dietary restrictions, please email me!
