I do see a difference between them in terms of at least several things:
- The way they treat the role of women in their society - Their relative levels of wealth - The fact that the Islamic radical religious right is politically backed by leaders of several nations, but the Christian radial religious right is at least not yet literally running the entire country via Biblical law - Members of the Christian radical religious right did not take successful action to kill several thousand people at once in an action of terrorism that was viewed as politically and religiously foreign/antithetical to the ideas of this country (I believe members of the Christian radical religious right take successful action to slowly kill thousands of people individually in actions of terrorism that are viewed as politically and religiously in line with the ideas of this country, in terms of their quashing of dissent around religion and queer people, but that's another discussion)
While there are many similarities, it is important to keep in mind these and other differences; if you can't see the differences you'll end up treating them the same, and won't be able to fight against either effectively.
