Good luck with the lizard. My past experiences with leopard geckos have been that they're pretty easy to care for. Just watch out for the toes - they come off. It's more of a problem if you have moss in the cage (it appears you have sand, and that's good) - the moss gets tangled around their toes. Other than that, it was mostly "hey look! He can lick his eyeballs!"
