faerieboots (who is visiting for the weekend) and I made cupcakes after she got back from choir rehersal this evening. They are the peanut butter cupcakes from the Vegan Cupcakes Take Over the World cookbook.
They are pretty tasty.
Because we are crazy we also made Chinese Zodiac animals out of pre-made Marzipan and put them on top of the cupcakes.
