Sick

I have an ear infection. I am taking medicine for it. It has not gone away since three days ago. Unless a miracle happens I will probably not be able to take my trip to DC given that that is only 5 days away and I have already been sick for three. I am sorry and hopefully can reschedule.

Great, now I am breaking out in hives but have no idea which med of 3 is causing it.

Go to the ER if this gets worse, otherwise come back tomorrow. Actually, come back tomorrow anyway and go to the ER now to get blood cultures done.

Humorous things you don't really want to hear from ER intake staff:

Things I can do with less pain after injection:
Sit up
Open mouth
Lie down

Things I wasn't doing before the injection that I am doing now:
Eating
Sleeping (I hope)
Taking huge horse pills
Thinking that gatorade was the elixir of the gods

On the other hand, those weren't hives after all!
