PINE and Eudora

Okay. So, I've finally got PINE (the Unix email program) to sort my mail into incoming folders. I was sick of getting writing group messages and professors' messages and messages from the DRP in the same folder. Besides, it encourages confusion among all these different groups of people, which is not good.

I also use Eudora (ver. 5.2) on my own computer (I use PINE for checking email at the library and other things).
The problem is that when Eudora checks my mail, it doesn't seem to be getting mail out of all the folders. It seems to be getting some of the mail from all of the folders some of the time, and only the mail from the main PINE inbox some of the time.

I can't figure out what settings I have to change for Eurdora and/or PINE to get this to fix, despite looking exhaustively through the FAQs and help files for both.

Anyone have any ideas?
