Books and the Court

Apparently, the Supreme court in Colorado says that your book-buying records can't be searched, because it would be unconstitutional.
What a relief. I'm sure all those books about horses I bought in seventh grade were somehow darkly subversive. And now all those poor lawyers won't have to worry about the bother of having to go to Amazon.com and look at your little "customers who liked this book also bought..." profile.
