Bits of Thoughts

I'm sitting here in Guild because the internet is out in the dorms and listening to the first soundtrack CD of Wolf's Rain on endless repeat. Trying to write a paper.

Finished my last Bryn Mawr class today (we had an extra--Gary's crazy--but it was oddly nice). So strange. I am 22 and have spent 16 years of that going to some form of class or another--not counting nursery school and kindergarten. This is no more, unless I want it and choose it.
How odd.

Work must be in on Friday. After that perhaps I shall post more to lj and be on IM.

Failing miserably at writing paper. My brain keeps thinking of other things, vastly more important, like stars and frogs and towers and water and the beauty of an italicized lowercase "f" and writing and the smell of the earth in the late afternoon.

I would send the smell of the earth, too, if I could.

Congrats on finishing up school, well almost... but at the same time I guess it's sad to know you're going to be leaving Bryn Mawr soon. It's a wonderful place, I only wish I hadn't felt so out of place when I visited there.

Good luck on the papers and hope graduation is at least as much fun and happiness as the inevitible sadness as having to leave.

On more reason why I play the violin... it has two f holes...

Of course, playing with my nose to the ground to experience the olfactory (spellcheck stat!) sensation you experienced gets a little difficult, and the violin doesn't like it much.
