Note to Housemates

When I get home this evening, no matter what I am doing or what seems really important at the time and even if I am in the middle of a volume of Fruitsbasket, could someone please make me take a nap for a minimum of two hours?

I have had a more or less constant headache for three days and I have no idea why as I have gotten to bed no later than 11:30 pm for the past four days, thereby supposedly letting myself have an adequate amout of sleep, so I really don't think that's it. I would be happy to clean dishes after I wake up.
