13/2/04 01:16I am off to a well-deserved Katsucon tomorrow. I love it when my paychecks come in on time.
I am done with the second section of my thesis. There is an introduction which manages to be much more coherent than I was trying to explain it to other people last evening. There is a revised poem and another new poem.
If you would like to read the new poem please tell me; it is better if you have read both Calvino's Invisible Cities and Yeats' poetry. I would especially like people to tell me if it's pretentious.
Also, does anyone have the wallpaper/picture/background of Sanzo in front of a field of cheerful-looking yellow stars, looking like he is about to put a gun to his head? I used to have it but I think it got accidentally deleted a while back and I cannot find it ANYWHERE on the internet, even after looking through all the Saiyuki pages on Anime Web Turnpike. I would be grateful to you forever if I could get hold of it again; it seems the ideal background to stare at when working on a thesis.
