Finally Finished Fullmetal Alchemist

So, last night I finished watching Fullmetal Alchemist, which I had started watching in 2004 and didn't see any more of after that time due to Netflix not having been invented yet. (Watched the rest of it in dub, unfortunately, because Netflix is not yet perfected).

24 hours later, I still can't figure out if the end was the best thing ever or turned to yogurt instead. Or if maybe it has bits of both, like tapioca.

Your thoughts, for those of you who have seen the series?

I don't know if I would say it was the best thing ever, but that's a matter of taste. I do remember being surprised at how coherent and sense making the ending was though, so definitely not yogurt.

No, I just saw the first series -- I'm sure we have the others but never got around to watching them.

After Conqueror of Shamballa--Conqueror of Shamballa only applies to the first anime. Brotherhood is a reboot from the beginning and has a very different ending.

Brotherhood actually follows the manga all the way, the first FMA ran ahead of the manga and kinda had to make stuff up as they went along.
