This is going to be one hell of a bitter kid. Maybe his parents will let him get an implant for his sixteenth birthday, instead of a car. When he's considered responsible enough to make those important decisions for himself.

I can't contain my disgust over this. I think it should be considered a crime.

That's horriffic o.o People that selfish and twisted should be barred from even having children. Hopefully the courts will take the kid away from them and order him an implant as soon as he is old enough to have one put in so he can grow up as normally as one could given the circumstances...
