Who was it that I was talking with six months ago who said they they wanted a game called "Harvest Moon" but it was impossible to get? This week's Electronics Boutique flyer has "Harvest Moon: A Wonderful Life" for sale for $40.
It wasn't me, as I am a skinflint these days when it comes to buying games. I'll buy it if it's $20 bucks or less for two reasons: One, because it's less than half of what it originally sold for, and two; because all the major bugs have been fixed by the time I've bought it regardless of how poor programing it was when it hit the shelves.
Actually, of the Harvest Moon series (yes, friends, there is a whole series of games out there where you can spend hours watering plants and milking cows.) it's the one for Super Nintendo (SNES) that I have been continually unable to find in cartridge form. The computer emulator versions, however... *grin* But thank you! How goes your life? Must post about mine sometime...
I am doing ok. I had a job interview today, but they wanted me to drive three hours each way every day to get there and then stay there for five days a week without paying for rent or a hotel room. And if I could do that I wouldn't be living here. So I told them to keep me on file but personally I hope they lose my application.
I also framed a picture for $15 and it looks professional, with a mat and all.
