That's a pretty scary list to me, even when many of the things are not very time consuming. Several of the big things are contingent on stuff that is not easily within your control, and contingent upon other parts of the list.
I suggest for your future mental health when comparing your progress to this list that you prioritize it, or at least categorize it, so that if stuff goes wrong you can be like "okay I didn't get the X stuff together but I sure did get the Y stuff solved".
