Lately, I've been on an almond milk kick, myself. I found these great almond milk ice-cream bars at the local area co-op that I'll have to try to remember to save the package of, next time I get one, so I can share the name with you. The one I like best is actually cocoa-vanilla, which is a wonderful mixture of the two flavors along with the mild flavor of the almond milk itself. Very interesting and I'm not sure if I could describe it to satisfaction.
