ummm.... look into the archives of my journal.... winter 2004 or 2005 (can't remember which, I'll dig it up if I have the time.)

I was having issues with my heat/landlord claiming it worked fine, and [livejournal.com profile] shrewkate and [livejournal.com profile] khava gave very sound advice on the subject.
