I would be interested but do not want to intrude. They aren't topics I would bring up casually, but I have very high privacy boundaries, and don't know yours particularly well. (I'm also not entirely sure of my balance between interest as a friend and idle curiosity, which always makes me a little uncomfortable.) So yes, I would like to read, but your whim on the subject overrides mine.
