no, i felt the original post was warped because people raise a big hue and cry over the feelings of people in power far more than they do for marginalized populations.
it's called intersectionality. there are power differences even within marginalized groups. the power difference between politicians and the marginalized populations upon whom laws are enacted upon is being flattened here.
