I don't believe in outing people against their will. Nor in assigning labels to people that they have not chosen. Yes, society does that a lot. I try my best not to, though I'm sure there are times when I do it and don't notice.

I'm not sure what I think of your argument as a whole, but I like your compassion better than the alternative of vindictiveness.
